North Charcuterie is an owner operated Charcuterie producer working from a newly fitted out production unit in the heart of the Kent countryside.

We use high welfare rare breed British pork matched with the best quality and authentic ingredients sourced from the origin countries of each product.

We make a range of Spanish and unique British style products which are now available to purchase in limited quantities and charcuterie bundle packs via this site.

YOUR ORDER

All orders received by 8pm Monday will be sliced and packed to order on Tuesday & Wednesday for delivery on Thursday & Friday each week. New stock will be added each week after orders are completed. Orders received after the cut-off will be processed and delivered the following week.

All salami, sobrasada, hams and bresaola have 60 days shelf life.

Flat rate postage & packaging will be added to your order of £6.50.
